We draft replies and represent clients in faceless and physical proceedings before the Income Tax and GST departments. The aim is to resolve a matter at the earliest stage, and to file a well-grounded appeal where that is not possible.

What is included:

  • Replies to income tax notices: scrutiny, reassessment and information enquiries
  • Appeals before CIT(A) / NFAC, with drafting of grounds and statement of facts
  • GST show cause notice replies (DRC-01, DRC-01A) and personal hearings
  • Appeals before the GST Appellate Authority and GSTAT
  • Rectification and stay of demand applications
